This is an album of songs for children - with the deliberate intent to make them palatable for parents too. With styles ranging from Broadway to Hip-Hop, Lullabies to Salsa "Just Kidding" offers ear candy with each cut. Some of the tunes were written for the Disney company - for their syndicated series "Sing Me A Story with Belle" (for which Andy served as Music Director/Supervisor/ Head Composer) - as well as for singalongs - "Winnie The Pooh" and "Tigger". Two were composed for the innovative Disney series "Fun With Spanish".

Written for an episode of "Sing Me A Story" - this song begins winding the album up - and lets it percolate for a while.

• KAUAI LULLABY
The first visit to Kauai wrapped my heart in so much joy, I always wanted to write something "of the island". With smooth lyrics by Dennis Spiegel, this lullaby gave me the chance - I recorded it on my first album for Rhino Records, "Imagine That". But I really wanted to re-perform it the way it feels to me now.

• ROSEMARY LANE
Dot Records - my first label - released this as a single some 30+ years ago - a 45 no less. It's been an old friend - and probably ranks as one of my favorites.

• SING ME A STORY This Main Title from the Internationally Syndicated Television Series - of the same name had a few more verses that hadn't ever seen the light of the television airwaves...so here they are.

• SOMBRERO
A song written and rejected for a English/Spanish educational series for the Mouse. Even tho he is a reject I still wanted to let him have a moment.

• YOUR SONG
This was one of the biggest thrills of a career - after so many years, finally having animation created to one's song - yayyyy... and specially starring a Pooh Bear. Oh bother.

• OUR MISS MINNIE
The song was the Main Title as a wraparound for a collection of the best of Miss Mouse.

• PLAYIN' IN THE WOOD
A Tigger sang this. And I wanted to give it a try too.

• MY BODY
Created for the English/Spanish series.. this one got in.

• WYNKEN, BLYNKEN and NOD
This song was written to the wonderful animation of the children's classic... hoped to capture musically what the artists saw with their pens and pallettes.

• CORNER OF DREAM and REALITY
This song was created the summer of Sgt. Pepper - upon a first visit in 9 years back to my English homeland. Stately and Edgy kinda best describes it. This Pied Piper children's song needed to vist a Prince in order to make an appearance herein.

• MUSIC MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND
A definite unabashed homage to The Sherman Brothers - this final number was written for "Sing Me A Story" - and a special show about... well, I guess that's obvious.
